The Global Head of E-Commerce Sales (& Margin) Optimization will be responsible to create the blueprint for E-Commerce sales drivers: assortment, availability, pricing, Service & Solutions and margin/EBIT. In this position you need to establish an equalized digital maturity base across countries, collaborate with country ecommerce leaders/teams to understand and develop strategy per sales driver, identify status quo per digital sales driver per country and bring them to the level of the digital most advanced/best performing country. Next to that you will have the task to elevate the status quo per digital sales driver in collaboration with key stakeholders and need to implement this in all countries, you analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and our competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
